The Moradian Learning Center works closely with teachers to create an itinerary that meets the specific needs, educational goals, and interests of each group at an affordable price.
Students stay with their chaperones in a homestay in a private home with an Oaxacan family. The rooms are private or shared with a private bathroom. They talk with the family every morning over a home cooked breakfast and feel at home in Oaxaca.
Trips can be planned to include a few days in Mexico City or other parts of Mexico as well. Prices are based on individual itineraries and include all costs, including airfare, meals, and transportation within Mexico.

There are wonderful events throughout the city and its cemeteries. Students can create their own colorful altars while learning about the significance of the holiday.
There is a famous silent procession during the week, a midnight mass in the historic Santo Domingo Church, and many cultural events held in the city center throughout the week.
Night of Radishes (December 23rd) is a display of intricate sculptures made entirely from radishes.
